In Bloom has a mission to empower and support small businesses. Each stylist is independent and with the support from our skilled marketing and education team, our  stylists are able to achieve their personal best.

What you're getting

Full Time rent 

300/week

• 24 hour access to the salon so you can work your ideal schedule

• easy access free way from the 805. exit clairemont mesa blvd located just .3 miles off the freeway

• ample free parking 

• towels and robes provided

• community use for color scales, tint bowls, tint brushes and color keys

• locker for your personal items

• station provides storage for styling and cutting items

• your own organized space at the color bar for all of your hair color and developer

• stocked fridge is provided for your clients to enjoy beer , wine, and sparkling water

• espresso machine and milk steamer for clients plus all the fixings

• your personal business liability insurance is provided under the salons umbrella

• Human resources is provided to keep you in the know for your rights as a booth renter

• optional Bi-monthly numbers coaching to help you meet your personal goals

• opportunities to reduce rent through retail sales monthly

  • We are on a mission to inspire a change industry wide to waste less and give back to our community more. If this aligns with your values in your personal business than you have landed in your new home. The way we are implementing this vision is:

  • We have partnered with Green Circle Salons to recycle every ounce of our beauty waste. From excess color to foils and everything in between.

  • We Sell retail that uses only sustainable farming, options for refill instead of re-purchase and it actually works amazingly!

  • We support the local economy by selling retail items from California based small businesses owned exclusively by women, bipoc, and the lgbtq+ community.

  • 1% of our gross salon revenue ( from retail and in blooms' profits) is donated to a new charity every three months. The charities we choose give directly back to our San Diego and California based communities in need. The purpose for the revolving charities is to bring attention and inform of the different ways we can make a positive impact right here at home.

  • Nothing we provide in the salon is sold on amazon. We definitely don't shame those who enjoy using amazon. It just doesn't best serve us as an independent stylist, small business or our local small business community.
